Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gravesend's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ramadan Al Khames 5 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 9th minute Ramadan Al Khames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fared Al Ateqi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mahmoud Ghadhanfer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fared Al Ateqi having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Gravesend got a freekick which was hit by Awwad Al Dowaisan. Cheadle United's Mortada Al Qattamy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sadeq Al Fadhalah in the 18th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ramadan Al Khames kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fared Al Ateqi. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. The supporters of Cheadle United booed when Gravesend was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sadeq Al Fadhalah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mortada Al Qattamy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Awwad Al Dowaisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Sadeq Al Fadhalah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mortada Al Qattamy having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gravesend's Gibrel Al Shati got a free kick in the 34th minute. Ramadan Al Khames received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fared Al Ateqi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gravesend's Baqer Bahbhani got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 40 minutes, Mahmoud Ghadhanfer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cheadle United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mahmoud Ghadhanfer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Baqer Bahbhani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gravesend's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cheadle United the free kick. If Mahmoud Ghadhanfer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ramadan Al Khames made the kick off in the second half. Fared Al Ateqi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramadan Al Khames in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Baqer Bahbhani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gravesend's supporters rose to their feet, but Baqer Bahbhani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mortada Al Qattamy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sadeq Al Fadhalah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mortada Al Qattamy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sadeq Al Fadhalah in the 60th minute of the match. Fared Al Ateqi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramadan Al Khames, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Cheadle United booed when Gravesend was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamed Al Ammar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fared Al Ateqi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramadan Al Khames's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Baqer Bahbhani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mortada Al Qattamy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gravesend booed when Cheadle United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sayer Al Khames didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Cheadle United's Jawad Al Attar got a free kick in the 77th minute. If Sadeq Al Fadhalah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Awwad Al Dowaisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramadan Al Khames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Cheadle United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baqer Bahbhani fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Baqer Bahbhani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Cheadle United support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
