Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Firas Al Mofede's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mahdi Al Mehana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Grays FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Firas Al Mofede to maneuver through the defense. If Mnawer Ghadhanfer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 played minutes Shaheen Bahroh rounded Grays FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bandar Kakoli in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mahdi Al Mehana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mnawer Ghadhanfer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Sajid Al Shemali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd match minute, Croydon United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mansour Al Rifaee to maneuver through the defense. Dawood Al Zamel hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute Firas Al Mofede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahdi Al Mehana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bandar Kakoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Firas Al Mofede left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grays FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Mahdi Al Mehana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Firas Al Mofede in the 34th minute of the match. If Shaheen Bahroh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mnawer Ghadhanfer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Shaheen Bahroh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sajid Al Shemali having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 59th minute Firas Al Mofede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahdi Al Mehana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sajid Al Shemali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mnawer Ghadhanfer in the 64th minute of the match. Shaheen Bahroh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shaheen Bahroh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sajid Al Shemali having to interfere. Bandar Kakoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Croydon United's Mahdi Al Mehana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Croydon United from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Croydon United's goal looked a bit too open when Firas Al Mofede came free, but Mahdi Al Mehana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sajid Al Shemali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mnawer Ghadhanfer in the 81st minute of play. Mnawer Ghadhanfer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute.
