Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sultan Al Bana kicked off to start the match. Eshaq Al Ansari hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Aamir Dehrab, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Meldreth United's Hamed Al Wazan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sultan Al Bana in the 10th minute of play. When Habib Al Qatam fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blackburn's protests and gave Habib Al Qatam a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Blackburn getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Habib Al Qatam hit a great ball. Haider Al Rifaee might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sulaiman Al Dosery. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Haider Al Rifaee ran back to his position shaking his head. When Sultan Al Bana came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Blackburn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sultan Al Bana couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Sultan Al Bana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hamed Al Wazan was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Sultan Al Bana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Hamed Al Wazan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35thth minute of the game Sultan Al Bana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meldreth United's Hamed Al Wazan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sultan Al Bana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hamed Al Wazan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haider Al Rifaee made a kick off. Meldreth United's Hamed Al Wazan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Meldreth United from getting a goal against them. Sulaiman Al Dosery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haider Al Rifaee in the 54th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Sultan Al Bana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamed Al Wazan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdelnaser Shamsah charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdelnaser Shamsah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abdelnaser Shamsah kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Sulaiman Al Dosery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sameer Al Ramzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Sameer Al Ramzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haider Al Rifaee struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Sulaiman Al Dosery didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meldreth United. A hard shot 91 in the game by Habib Al Qatam from a close distance when the talented Hamed Al Wazan managed to make a qualified save. Meldreth United's players were relieved. Sulaiman Al Dosery didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sameer Al Ramzi went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Meldreth United had won after a very even match.
