When Awwad Al Mansor came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Denholme United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Awwad Al Mansor couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute, Sari Al Qattan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamad Abol who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Mubarek Al Saffar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Hamad Abol got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mansour Al Sharaf kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Lafi Al Saleh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Sari Al Qattan helped the player get up and apologised. Mubarek Al Saffar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Awwad Al Mansor in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Lafi Al Saleh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wanstead AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The corner ended in Mahdi Al Youha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Wanstead AFC's Mubarek Al Saffar did a great save. 54 minutes into the game, Ali Al Fadhalah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denholme United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wanstead AFC the free kick. Mansour Al Sharaf kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. One of Denholme United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Wanstead AFC:s goal. Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos had in the 70thth minute some difficulties stopping Ayman Al Sharaf's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball 74 minutes into the game, Hamed Al Qattan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lafi Al Saleh struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wanstead AFC. After having played for 85 minutes, Lafi Al Saleh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wanstead AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lafi Al Saleh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wanstead AFC! In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for Denholme United. Mahdi Al Youha stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mubarek Al Saffar. 1-3. Wanstead AFC played a much better game than Denholme United and deserved their victory. The Denholme United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
