In the 4th minute, Hamad Abol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Awwad Al Mansor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denholme United's supporters rose to their feet, but Awwad Al Mansor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mostafa Al Sarraf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mamon Boften sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 14 minutes, Awwad Al Mansor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denholme United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Awwad Al Mansor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Sawbridgeworth United's goal looked a bit too open when Awwad Al Mansor came free, but Mostafa Al Sarraf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denholme United's Awwad Al Mansor got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Denholme United defense, Mamon Boften kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos. The Denholme United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Mamon Boften's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Hamad Abol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mostafa Al Sarraf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Mostafa Al Sarraf was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Awwad Al Mansor capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Awwad Al Mansor really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. A collision led to Sawbridgeworth United getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Meqdad Sarkhoh hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Denholme United's Awwad Al Mansor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemir Al Srae in the 43rd minute of the match. When Mamon Boften came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Sawbridgeworth United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mamon Boften couldn't finish the play. Mansour Al Sharaf charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mansour Al Sharaf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Awwad Al Mansor made the kick off in the second half. Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mamon Boften, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Awwad Al Mansor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Awwad Al Mansor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denholme United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Awwad Al Mansor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hamad Abol in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mostafa Al Sarraf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saleh Al Bana kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Denholme United's Ali Al Fadhalah pulled a muscle in his leg after 70 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Waleed Al Ammar during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 72 minutes into the match, Denholme United's Mahdi Al Youha broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Hamad Abol came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Denholme United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamad Abol couldn't finish the play. Denholme United's Mansour Al Sharaf got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hamad Abol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Mostafa Al Sarraf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mostafa Al Sarraf was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Waleed Al Ammar's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Denholme United fully deserved thier win.
