In the 3rd minute Fawzy Al Mulaifi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mubarek Al Saffar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hebden Bridge's Meshal Al Srae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lafi Al Saleh in the 6th minute of play. Mubarek Al Saffar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fawzy Al Mulaifi, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Wanstead AFC's Fahad Al Towatan got a free kick in the 9th minute. Wanstead AFC's Mubarek Al Saffar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fawzy Al Mulaifi in the 11th minute of play. Mubarek Al Saffar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fawzy Al Mulaifi in the 18th minute of play. Meshal Al Srae made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Hamed Al Qattan sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Hebden Bridge getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Barakat Al Homaithe hit a great ball. Mubarek Al Saffar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fawzy Al Mulaifi in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Sari Al Qattan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute Fawzy Al Mulaifi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mubarek Al Saffar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fahad Al Towatan charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fahad Al Towatan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Wanstead AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fahad Al Towatan hit a great ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Gawhar Al Arbash managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hebden Bridge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gawhar Al Arbash was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 41st play minutes Fawzy Al Mulaifi shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Mubarek Al Saffar and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 44th match minute, Hebden Bridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zahid Al Arbash to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fawzy Al Mulaifi made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Fawzy Al Mulaifi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hebden Bridge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fawzy Al Mulaifi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gawhar Al Arbash who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Mubarek Al Saffar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Wanstead AFC's Hamed Al Qattan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Meshal Al Srae narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Barakat Al Homaithe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamed Al Qattan took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Meshal Al Srae. Meshal Al Srae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lafi Al Saleh in the 71st minute of play forced Hebden Bridge's goalkeeper Meshal Al Srae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Wanstead AFC's zone, Fawzy Al Mulaifi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mubarek Al Saffar came out of the goal and Fawzy Al Mulaifi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gawhar Al Arbash got free with Mubarek Al Saffar in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute Hamed Al Qattan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meshal Al Srae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
