An unexpectedly hard shot by Rajab Al Hadad in the 5th minute of play forced Great Bookham United's goalkeeper Ghazi Al Hashash to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Esmael Al Srae's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ghazi Al Hashash was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Majed Khorshed hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Great Bookham United's Ghazi Al Hashash played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esmael Al Srae in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Osama Al Herz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Great Staughton's goalkeeper Abdul Aziz Al Motaire had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Othman Al Nasser. Abdul Aziz Al Motaire made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moner Ghadhanfer in the 30th minute. Abdul Aziz Al Motaire was a little too slow when Mahdi Al Qattan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-0. When Mahdi Al Qattan came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Great Bookham United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahdi Al Qattan couldn't finish the play. Ghazi Al Hashash showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esmael Al Srae, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rajab Al Hadad in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ghazi Al Hashash prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ghanim Al Mofede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moner Ghadhanfer struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Abdul Aziz Al Motaire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Great Bookham United. Bandar Al Holey's late challenge caught a Great Bookham United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bandar Al Holey helped the player get up and apologised. Mahdi Al Qattan struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Abdul Aziz Al Motaire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Great Bookham United. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esmael Al Srae to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Moner Ghadhanfer notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Great Staughton's Abdul Aziz Al Motaire. Great Bookham United:s Ghazi Al Hashash showed great skill when he stopped Sultan Bo Hamad:s penalty. Ghazi Al Hashash showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sultan Bo Hamad, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Esmael Al Srae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osama Al Herz during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Great Staughton booed when Great Bookham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osama Al Herz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Great Bookham United's Ghazi Al Hashash got control of the ball when Rajab Al Hadad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ghazi Al Hashash took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esmael Al Srae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esmael Al Srae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ghazi Al Hashash having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Great Staughton players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Great Bookham United.
