Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hakem Al Jalahma started the match with the kick off. Wootton Bassett City's Abdulatif Al Amer couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Moretonhampstead. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moretonhampstead's goalkeeper Qasem Al Towatan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Moretonhampstead's Sulaiman Al Shaikh got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Jamal Shabakhoh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jassem Al Khames made a huge save. After having played for 29 minutes, Jamal Shabakhoh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moretonhampstead's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jamal Shabakhoh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hakem Al Qattamy's late challenge caught a Wootton Bassett City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakem Al Qattamy helped the player get up and apologised. Ameen Shadad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hakem Al Jalahma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute of the match, Mortada Al Qatam tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jassem Al Khames saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 47th minute, Hakem Al Jalahma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Jassem Al Khames showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mortada Al Qatam, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 54 minutes, Lafi Hayat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wootton Bassett City and the Moretonhampstead players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mortada Al Qatam in the 55th minute of play forced Wootton Bassett City's goalkeeper Jassem Al Khames to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Mortada Al Qatam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jassem Al Khames. Wootton Bassett City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mortada Al Qatam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamal Shabakhoh in the 69th minute of play forced Wootton Bassett City's goalkeeper Jassem Al Khames to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th match minute, Moretonhampstead was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sulaiman Al Shaikh to maneuver through the defense. Hakem Al Qattamy was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Wootton Bassett City booed when Moretonhampstead was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakem Al Qattamy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Mortada Al Qatam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Qasem Al Towatan made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Ameen Shadad sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, Jamal Shabakhoh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jassem Al Khames was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Wootton Bassett City's Lafi Hayat got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Lafi Hayat off the ground. Lafi Hayat kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Hakem Al Jalahma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
