Qutada Al Shati was a little too slow when Lafi Hayat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hamzah Al Mahmed stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sajid Al Jalahma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Jassem Al Khames made a huge save. Wootton Bassett City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Hamzah Al Mahmed scored to the left of an out of position Jassem Al Khames, making the score, 1-1. Ameen Shadad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Qutada Al Shati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ameen Shadad, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ameen Shadad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Qutada Al Shati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Abdul Rahman Kamal fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boston FC's protests and gave Abdul Rahman Kamal a yellow card for diving instead. Abdul Rahman Kamal hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match.
