After having played for 19 minutes, Mark Eggers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kurgan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mark Eggers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Timofey Tsvetkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arkadiy Arkashev kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mark Eggers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elisey Bedov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Eggers to make the kick off. Sergey Aldonin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Buzdyhanov having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
