Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. German Marinchenko started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Marinchenko in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dmitriy Baruzdin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Mikhail Khokhlov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dmitriy Baruzdin was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Klim Granovskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Khimki FC defense, German Marinchenko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dmitriy Baruzdin. The Khimki FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dmitriy Baruzdin should have stopped the shot. Dmitriy Sosulin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boris Bessonov in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that German Marinchenko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dmitriy Baruzdin was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Dmitriy Sosulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitaliy Apraksin in the 19th minute of play. Vasiliy Fazylzyanov kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Boris Bessonov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khimki FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boris Bessonov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Vitaliy Apraksin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Dmitriy Sosulin to make any attempt to save it. Boris Bessonov hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 40th match minute, Miass FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstantin Dodonov to maneuver through the defense. Boris Bessonov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Dmitriy Sosulin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vasiliy Fazylzyanov kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vitaliy Apraksin made a kick off. Dmitriy Baruzdin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Marinchenko in the 51st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Vitaliy Apraksin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khimki FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitaliy Apraksin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dmitriy Sosulin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dmitriy Sosulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris Bessonov in the 57th minute of play. Mikhail Khokhlov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 68 minutes into the match, Khimki FC's goalkeeper Dmitriy Baruzdin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikhail Khokhlov. In the 72nd minute, Mikhail Khokhlov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vitaliy Apraksin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Dmitriy Sosulin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Khimki FC's goal looked a bit too open when German Marinchenko came free, but Dmitriy Baruzdin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mikhail Khokhlov came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Miass FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikhail Khokhlov couldn't finish the play. Khimki FC's Dmitriy Baruzdin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Marinchenko in the 88th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikhail Khokhlov got free with Dmitriy Baruzdin in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
