Makar Esipov kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Tomsk FC's Matvey Mishin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ufa FC. Tomsk FC were furious when Matvey Mishin was red carded, 18 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 18th minute, one of Tomsk FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tomsk FC. Ufa FC's Grigoriy Efimov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Ufa FC from getting a goal against them. In the 50th minute, Adam Seleznev sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tomsk FC's Albert Znamenskiy didn't even have to move.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Filipp Ivannikov got free with Albert Znamenskiy in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Filipp Ivannikov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Albert Znamenskiy. The goal made the score 0-2. In the 82nd minute Viktor Gulkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigoriy Efimov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladislav Pochechikin scored 1-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Grigoriy Efimov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A very good chance. After 95 played minutes Tomsk FC got a freekick which was hit by Vladislav Pochechikin. The Ufa FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
