After a rather tough play, Derbent FC's Arseniy Mirskiy got a free kick in the 6th minute. If Danil Shevchenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vyacheslav Lyubischev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danil Shevchenko in the 11th minute of the match. Vyacheslav Lyubischev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danil Shevchenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Ippolit Khokhlov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elektrostal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

Elektrostal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ippolit Khokhlov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90thth minute of the game Afanasiy Bondarenko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Derbent FC's Maksim Shashkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danil Shevchenko in the 96th minute of play forced Elektrostal FC's goalkeeper Vyacheslav Lyubischev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elektrostal FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
