Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Matvey Tuvin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Matvey Tuvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Kiprenskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksandr Marschenok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Tarasov having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Aleksandr Marschenok left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kovrov FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Kovrov FC booed when Korolev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georgiy Shishkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zinoviy Voinov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Tarasov having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Korolev's goal looked a bit too open when Zinoviy Voinov came free, but Igor Tarasov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matvey Tuvin in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rudolf Kiprenskiy saved Kovrov FC from getting behind. Zinoviy Voinov charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zinoviy Voinov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kovrov FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Zinoviy Voinov hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Korolev's zone, Aleksandr Marschenok stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Tarasov came out of the goal and Aleksandr Marschenok tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zinoviy Voinov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 52nd minute, Efim Krivonogov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute Georgiy Gavrilenkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Kiprenskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Kirill Lyubomirov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Korolev's Georgiy Gavrilenkov got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Korolev's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Aleksandr Marschenok scored to the left of an out of position Igor Tarasov, making the score, 0-2. Korolev's Igor Tarasov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Korolev from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Korolev's zone, Zinoviy Voinov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Tarasov came out of the goal and Zinoviy Voinov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evdokim Raitsenshtain in the 91st minute of play forced Korolev's goalkeeper Igor Tarasov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudolf Kiprenskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georgiy Gavrilenkov in the 93rd minute of the match.
