Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Stanislav Korsakov made the kick off and thus started the match. When Ruslan Savinov came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Tver fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruslan Savinov couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Tver getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Vladislav Shilov hit a great ball. Sergey Budko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislav Korsakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sergey Budko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksandr Sinev in the 8th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Aleksandr Sinev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergey Budko. Tver's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aleksandr Sinev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Albert Sapozhnikov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Mezhdurechensk HC's Stanislav Korsakov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergey Budko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mezhdurechensk HC's Vasiliy Beger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vsevolod Muhin in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Vsevolod Muhin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tver's Vladislav Berezaev got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31stth minute of the game Stanislav Korsakov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tver's Sergey Budko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Vsevolod Muhin came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Tver fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vsevolod Muhin couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tver's goalkeeper Sergey Budko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, Mezhdurechensk HC's Stanislav Korsakov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sergey Budko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Stanislav Korsakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergey Budko having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mezhdurechensk HC's zone, Vsevolod Muhin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasiliy Beger came out of the goal and Vsevolod Muhin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vsevolod Muhin to strike the kick off in the second half. Tver's Sergey Budko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislav Korsakov in the 58th minute of play. If Stanislav Korsakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruslan Savinov hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Stanislav Korsakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergey Budko having to interfere. Mezhdurechensk HC's Stanislav Korsakov got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 72 played minutes Mezhdurechensk HC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksandr Sinev. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladislav Berezaev in the 74th minute of play forced Mezhdurechensk HC's goalkeeper Vasiliy Beger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vsevolod Muhin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vasiliy Beger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislav Korsakov in the 80th minute of play forced Tver's goalkeeper Sergey Budko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Sapozhnikov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Sergey Budko made a huge save. Albert Sapozhnikov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergey Budko having to interfere. Sergey Budko was a little too slow when Stanislav Korsakov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-4. Petr Fomin struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Vasiliy Beger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tver. 1-4 became the score in the 94th minute when Ruslan Savinov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
