Vladimir's Denis Podobed proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Vladimir from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Vladimir booed when Artem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Ferenets didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Vladimir's Igor Egorshev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrey Dubovichenko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The wind increased when Felix Gorshkov made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Felix Gorshkov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrey Dubovichenko was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game.
