But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergey Olenenko couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oleg Melnikov in the 71st minute of play forced Murom FC's goalkeeper Timofey Nikulchenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Oleg Melnikov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petr Dolgopolov hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Murom FC's Pavel Telegin got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Barnaul getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Arkadiy Filatov hit a great ball. After 97 minutes, Andrey Velepolskiy mouthed his way into the referee's book.
