Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Modest Pogulyaev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yakov Sitkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Evgeniy Lyushkov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Severodvinsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Evgeniy Lyushkov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Modest Pogulyaev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute, Yakov Sitkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Serpukhov FC booed when Severodvinsk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Petrov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Illarion Dokukin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vsevolod Tompofolskiy scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aleksandr Nikonov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Severodvinsk FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ernest Abramov hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, Serpukhov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vadim Kislyuk to maneuver through the defense. When Yakov Sitkin came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Severodvinsk FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yakov Sitkin couldn't finish the play. If Evgeniy Lyushkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Vsevolod Tompofolskiy made the kick off in the second half. If Yakov Sitkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Serpukhov FC's Modest Pogulyaev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimir Vertelenko in the 57th minute of play. Modest Pogulyaev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serpukhov FC's Modest Pogulyaev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evgeniy Lyushkov in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Vsevolod Tompofolskiy made a precise shot to the right of Aleksandr Nikonov. Severodvinsk FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Serpukhov FC's goalkeeper Modest Pogulyaev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Modest Pogulyaev came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Severodvinsk FC's Evgeniy Lyushkov. But to his dismay, Evgeniy Lyushkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Serpukhov FC's zone, Evgeniy Lyushkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modest Pogulyaev came out of the goal and Evgeniy Lyushkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evgeniy Lyushkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Serpukhov FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Irakliy Kornilov hit a great ball. Severodvinsk FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
