Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Petr Voishvillo made the kick off which started today's match. Lazar Ryskin might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Irakliy Kovalskiy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lazar Ryskin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazar Ryskin in the 5th minute of play forced Elista's goalkeeper Irakliy Kovalskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emmanuil Ladygin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petr Voishvillo in the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Lazar Ryskin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nalchik FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lazar Ryskin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Irakliy Kovalskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Nalchik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Petr Voishvillo came free, but Emmanuil Ladygin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Elista's zone, Lazar Ryskin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Irakliy Kovalskiy came out of the goal and Lazar Ryskin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nalchik FC's Emmanuil Ladygin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petr Voishvillo in the 26th minute of play. Irakliy Kovalskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikanor Shalonin in the 30th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Elista's Mikhail Alekseenko made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emmanuil Ladygin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Irakliy Kovalskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lazar Ryskin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 43 minutes, Nikolay Piruev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikolay Piruev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elista's goalkeeper Irakliy Kovalskiy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lazar Ryskin to make the kick off. If Lazar Ryskin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Nikanor Shalonin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Samuil Gorshkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Nalchik FC's Kazemir Vishnyakov tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Petr Voishvillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petr Voishvillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuil Ladygin having to interfere. Elista's Irakliy Kovalskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikanor Shalonin in the 71st minute of play. After 73 played minutes Elista got a freekick which was hit by Samuil Gorshkov. Nalchik FC's Kazemir Vishnyakov shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 74th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Irakliy Kovalskiy but with some difficulty. In the 79th minute Petr Voishvillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuil Ladygin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikhail Alekseenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petr Voishvillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Emmanuil Ladygin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Nalchik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Petr Voishvillo came free, but Emmanuil Ladygin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Voishvillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuil Ladygin having to interfere. Veniamin Zaleev hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. If Mikhail Alekseenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Elista fans cheered their team off the field, for while Nalchik FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
