Vitaliy Gorbatkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Yakubovich, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Ivan Yakubovich struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Vitaliy Gorbatkov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shchelkovo. 30 minutes into the match, Shchelkovo's Ivan Yakubovich sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitaliy Gorbatkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 31 played minutes Ivan Yakubovich rounded Blagoveshchensk's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Vitaliy Gorbatkov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitold Yatsko in the 40th minute. Ivan Yakubovich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Vitaliy Gorbatkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mark Efremov's late challenge caught a Shchelkovo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mark Efremov helped the player get up and apologised. Mark Efremov kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After 47 minutes Blagoveshchensk's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aleksandr Pyatnitskiy who took care of the corner kick. Aleksandr Pyatnitskiy made a great header on Shchelkovo's corner, it was just that Blagoveshchensk's Vitaliy Gorbatkov managed to reach the ball for a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Blagoveshchensk's Vitaliy Gorbatkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Yakubovich in the 64th minute of play. Vitaliy Gorbatkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Yakubovich in the 66th minute of play. Vitaliy Gorbatkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitold Yatsko in the 67th minute of the match. In the 73rdth minute of the game Ivan Yakubovich who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blagoveshchensk's Vitaliy Gorbatkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 73 played minutes Blagoveshchensk got a freekick which was hit by Sergey Blokhin. 77 minutes into the match, Shchelkovo's goal looked a bit too open when Mikhail Noskov came free, but Silvestr Kolotilin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Blagoveshchensk's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Yakubovich came free, but Vitaliy Gorbatkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blagoveshchensk's Vitaliy Gorbatkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Yakubovich in the 88th minute of play. With a little luck, Shchelkovo's Silvestr Kolotilin got control of the ball when Vitaliy Dyachkov tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Vitold Yatsko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Shchelkovo fully deserved thier win.
