In the 24th minute, Roman Zakotyanskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute, Ivan Lobkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stepan Ivashnev hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 36 played minutes Dinamo got a freekick which was hit by Dmitriy Cheshko. Roman Zakotyanskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kirill Buimistryuk to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 65th minute Ernest Skvortsov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efim Kostin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Sergey Shashkov throw himself and got hold of the ball when Kirill Buimistryuk in the 72ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Roman Zakotyanskiy took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Efim Kostin. Efim Kostin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Efim Kostin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roman Zakotyanskiy went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Orel getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Nikolay Moiseev hit a great ball. Kirill Buimistryuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergey Shashkov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kirill Buimistryuk ran back to his position shaking his head. Roman Zakotyanskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Efim Kostin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Ernest Skvortsov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orel's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernest Skvortsov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efim Kostin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kirill Buimistryuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergey Shashkov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Orel were the better team. Orel's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
