Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim Buryakin in the 7th minute of play forced Elets FC's goalkeeper Vladlen Bobko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Elets FC's Oleg Pyshkin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artem Bobrovskiy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Serafim Buryakin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artem Bobrovskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egor Kirichenko in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of Elets FC booed when Pyatigorsk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Garelyshev didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 played minutes Pyatigorsk FC got a freekick which was hit by Ruslan Nepokoichitskiy. In the 43rd minute, Pyatigorsk FC's Serafim Buryakin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vladlen Bobko. Vladlen Bobko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafim Buryakin to strike the kick off in the second half. Pyatigorsk FC's Artem Bobrovskiy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Pyatigorsk FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Pyatigorsk FC's Ruslan Nepokoichitskiy got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Elets FC's Egor Kirichenko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Artem Bobrovskiy. Artem Bobrovskiy yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Artem Bobrovskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oleg Pyshkin in the 87th minute of play. If Egor Kirichenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yakov Borodin charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yakov Borodin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th match minute, Elets FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yakov Borodin to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the match Pyatigorsk FC got a corner. Elets FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Georgiy Agafonnikov ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Pyatigorsk FC's Georgiy Agafonnikov to fire away a dangerous shot which Vladlen Bobko despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
