In the 81st minute Anton Shvidchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolay Kulakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4-2 became the score in the 87th minute when Anton Shvidchenko elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ernest Fokin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natan Sokolov having to interfere. Danil Filimonov succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-3 in the 96th playminute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lipetsk FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sochi FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
