The supporters of FC OMSK booed when Glazov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irakliy Anyukov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aleksey Arenbert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 54thth minute of the game Mark Gazimagomedov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glazov's Aleksey Arenbert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Glazov's Aleksey Arenbert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Gazimagomedov in the 62nd minute of play. If Mark Gazimagomedov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Gazimagomedov in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aleksey Arenbert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vyacheslav Alshevskiy during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vyacheslav Alshevskiy hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Mark Gazimagomedov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksey Arenbert having to interfere.
