Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vladimir Kornitskiy started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gleb Dobrodeev in the 14th minute of play forced Yakutsk HC's goalkeeper Georgiy Medvedev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrey Shakhov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Aleksandr Dolinskiy fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arzamas's protests and gave Aleksandr Dolinskiy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Arzamas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksandr Dolinskiy to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timofey Akopyan during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Yakutsk HC! If Nikita Prutyanoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Afanasiy Bilyaletdinov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 33 minutes, Gleb Dobrodeev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arzamas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gleb Dobrodeev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 35 minutes of play, Arzamas's Gleb Dobrodeev made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Georgiy Medvedev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yakutsk HC's Georgiy Medvedev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikita Prutyanoy in the 38th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gleb Dobrodeev in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georgiy Medvedev saved Yakutsk HC from getting behind. Gleb Dobrodeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gleb Dobrodeev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georgiy Medvedev having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nikita Prutyanoy was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Yakutsk HC's Vladimir Kornitskiy got a free kick in the 55th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Gleb Dobrodeev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arzamas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gleb Dobrodeev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Afanasiy Bilyaletdinov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Yakutsk HC's zone, Nikita Prutyanoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georgiy Medvedev came out of the goal and Nikita Prutyanoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gleb Dobrodeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yakutsk HC's Georgiy Medvedev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Yakutsk HC from getting a goal against them. Gleb Dobrodeev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yakutsk HC's Georgiy Medvedev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikita Prutyanoy in the 69th minute of play. Nikita Prutyanoy scored 0-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Georgiy Medvedev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nikita Prutyanoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Georgiy Medvedev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Georgiy Medvedev managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Arzamas's Gleb Dobrodeev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gleb Dobrodeev in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Georgiy Medvedev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 93rd minute Nikita Prutyanoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georgiy Medvedev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Yakutsk HC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Arzamas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
