Rudolf Kapatsinskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 played minutes Ivanovo got a freekick which was hit by Timur Filippov. In the 67th minute, Timur Filippov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Lunin Stars booed when Ivanovo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timur Baidin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nikolay Vyugin might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rudolf Kapatsinskiy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nikolay Vyugin ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Semen Burov got free with Rudolf Kapatsinskiy in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Lunin Stars could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ivanovo throughout the match.
