Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Varlam Afanasenkov made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Dzerzhinsk FC's zone, Mikhail Rimko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrey Ishkin came out of the goal and Mikhail Rimko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, one of Dzerzhinsk FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dzerzhinsk FC. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Velikiy Novgorod. Feoktist Agamov stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Andrey Ishkin. 0-1. Filimon Ivoditov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roman Vampilov. Velikiy Novgorod's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Velikiy Novgorod fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 17 minutes, Dzerzhinsk FC's Vladislav Blokhin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Roman Vampilov. Varlam Afanasenkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikhail Rimko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Dzerzhinsk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mikhail Rimko came free, but Andrey Ishkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gleb Pakhomov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrey Ishkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maksim Budakovskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Andrey Ishkin came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Velikiy Novgorod's Mikhail Rimko. But to his dismay, Mikhail Rimko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Velikiy Novgorod's Vladimir Yakovenko got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Maksim Budakovskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Frolov made a kick off. Roman Frolov struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Andrey Ishkin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Velikiy Novgorod. In the 54th minute, Gleb Pakhomov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gleb Pakhomov in the 57th minute of play forced Velikiy Novgorod's goalkeeper Roman Vampilov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Velikiy Novgorod's Roman Frolov in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dzerzhinsk FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Roman Frolov took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Andrey Ishkin to make any attempt to save it. Gleb Pakhomov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Vampilov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Gleb Pakhomov struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Roman Vampilov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dzerzhinsk FC. 75 minutes into the match, Dzerzhinsk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Frolov came free, but Andrey Ishkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrey Ishkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Frolov, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Filimon Ivoditov hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikhail Rimko got free with Andrey Ishkin in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute Roman Frolov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrey Ishkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Frolov in the 93rd minute of play forced Dzerzhinsk FC's goalkeeper Andrey Ishkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boris Svavitskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrey Ishkin having to interfere. The Velikiy Novgorod players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
