After a defensive mix-up in Kopeysk HC's zone, Artur Vasiliev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolf Denisenko came out of the goal and Artur Vasiliev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. German Veselov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergey Dubikovskiy having to interfere. Vadim Lapin kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. German Veselov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergey Dubikovskiy having to make a save. Sergey Dubikovskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ippolit Kozinets in the 65th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, German Veselov managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 88th minute Ippolit Kozinets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergey Dubikovskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If German Veselov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The кривоногие мазилы fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergey Dubikovskiy should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kopeysk HC had played much better football throughout.
