The supporters of Shchelkovo FC booed when Saratov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Petrochenko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniil Maletskiy charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniil Maletskiy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Shchelkovo FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Daniil Maletskiy hit a great ball. If Irakliy Katyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saratov FC's Artur Trunov got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pavel Bilenkin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irakliy Katyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vadim Tsukanov's late challenge caught a Saratov FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saratov FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Trunov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artur Trunov made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Saratov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Petrochenko to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Daniil Maletskiy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trofim Horoshanskiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Artur Trunov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 67 minutes into the match, Shchelkovo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Irakliy Katyk came free, but Pavel Bilenkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Trunov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Pavel Bilenkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Andrey Kolobov fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shchelkovo FC's protests and gave Andrey Kolobov a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Saratov FC booed when Shchelkovo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrey Kolobov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Irakliy Katyk came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. Trofim Horoshanskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Daniil Maletskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shchelkovo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniil Maletskiy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniil Maletskiy in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trofim Horoshanskiy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Shchelkovo FC had won after a very even match.
