When Vladivostok's Dmitriy Mironenko in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ilya Altaiskiy came out of the goal and Dmitriy Mironenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aleksandr Shimanovich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilya Altaiskiy having to interfere. With a little luck, Vladivostok's Vasiliy Lesnov got control of the ball when Konstantin Drakin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fedor Haritonov charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fedor Haritonov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vladivostok's Fedor Haritonov got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrey Smertin in the 20th minute of play forced Orenburg's goalkeeper Ilya Altaiskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Vladivostok fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Vladivostok's Aleksandr Shimanovich looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 28th minute, Aleksandr Shimanovich left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vladivostok fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Dmitriy Mironenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Aleksandr Shimanovich's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ilya Altaiskiy was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Dmitriy Mironenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilya Altaiskiy having to interfere. When Aleksandr Shimanovich came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Vladivostok fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksandr Shimanovich couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Dmitriy Mironenko notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Orenburg's Ilya Altaiskiy. Ilya Altaiskiy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Kirill Lein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th match minute, Orenburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisey Makovkin to maneuver through the defense. Dmitriy Mironenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Andrey Smertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orenburg's Ilya Altaiskiy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Orenburg from getting a goal against them. Ilya Altaiskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dmitriy Mironenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Orenburg got a freekick which was hit by Ippolit Buzinov. Aleksandr Shimanovich blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilya Altaiskiy having to make a save. Dmitriy Mironenko was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Vladivostok's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Aleksandr Shimanovich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilya Altaiskiy having to interfere. When the match was over Vladivostok could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Orenburg throughout the match.
