Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vsevolod Belyakov kicked off to start the match. Rostislav Chernobuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniil Anyanov having to interfere. Vadim Gorovits could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Ruslan Broshin made a huge save. When Gerasim Yatsenko fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BREST's protests and gave Gerasim Yatsenko a yellow card for diving instead. Gerasim Yatsenko kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Vadim Gorovits received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Ruslan Broshin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Penza FC's Daniil Anyanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rostislav Chernobuk in the 12th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Penza FC's zone, Vsevolod Belyakov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniil Anyanov came out of the goal and Vsevolod Belyakov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerasim Yatsenko hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Gleb Dorofeev's late challenge caught a BREST's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gleb Dorofeev helped the player get up and apologised. Vadim Gorovits fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruslan Broshin having to interfere. Vadim Gorovits received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ruslan Broshin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Krichevtsov to make the kick off. In the 63rd match minute, BREST was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasiliy Lanskoy to maneuver through the defense. If Vadim Gorovits had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Vadim Gorovits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Broshin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vadim Gorovits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rostislav Chernobuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 minutes of play, BREST's Rostislav Chernobuk made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniil Anyanov was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, BREST's Gerasim Yatsenko got a free kick in the 77th minute. Rostislav Chernobuk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Daniil Anyanov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Igor Krichevtsov struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Ruslan Broshin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penza FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Krichevtsov in the 86th minute of play forced BREST's goalkeeper Ruslan Broshin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Vadim Belousov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BREST's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Penza FC the free kick. The supporters of Penza FC booed when BREST was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vadim Belousov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Krichevtsov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vadim Gorovits came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Penza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vadim Gorovits couldn't finish the play. If Igor Krichevtsov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
