In the 42nd minute of the match Evgeniy Avdeev sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rostislav Buinovskiy skillfully saved the ball. The wind increased when Afanasiy Zaitsev made the kick off in the second half. Rostislav Buinovskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irakliy Rodimtsev, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Afanasiy Zaitsev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Aleksandr Islamov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Armavir FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ivanovo:s goal. Afanasiy Zaitsev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rostislav Buinovskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irakliy Rodimtsev in the 86th minute of the match. Ilya Adamenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Irakliy Rodimtsev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Rostislav Buinovskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Georgiy Davydenko kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Rostislav Buinovskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilya Adamenko in the 98th minute of play. Ivanovo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
