Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Constantino Duval started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Norilsk FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Grigoriy Shustov hit a great ball. Mikhail Rublev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikolay Turlapov in the 5th minute of play. Mikhail Rublev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semen Zarudenskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Constantino Duval managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Norilsk FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Duval was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petr Baklanov during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 19 minutes into the match, Norilsk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Semen Zarudenskiy came free, but Mikhail Rublev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikhail Rublev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Semen Zarudenskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 minutes of play, Norilsk FC's Constantino Duval made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gennadiy Rybalchenko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roman Poduev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Semen Zarudenskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yaroslavl HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Semen Zarudenskiy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mikhail Rublev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nikolay Turlapov struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Mikhail Rublev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yaroslavl HC.

Norilsk FC's Mikhail Rublev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Norilsk FC from getting a goal against them. Gennadiy Rybalchenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Duval in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Norilsk FC's Petr Baklanov got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Yaroslavl HC's goalkeeper Gennadiy Rybalchenko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mikhail Rublev made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Nikolay Turlapov sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Norilsk FC's Mikhail Rublev got control of the ball when Nikolay Turlapov tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute Semen Zarudenskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikhail Rublev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Yaroslavl HC's Semen Zarudenskiy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mikhail Rublev. That made the score 2-1 after 96 minutes of play. Many of Yaroslavl HC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Yaroslavl HC may have spent more time on the ball, but Norilsk FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
