Igor Garkalin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lyubomir Nigmatullin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Lyubomir Nigmatullin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Igor Garkalin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Innokentiy Seleznev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Erast Adamov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Engels FC's Erast Adamov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Engels FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirill Kostin in the 13th minute of play forced Engels FC's goalkeeper Erast Adamov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute of the match Kopeysk got a corner. Engels FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sergey Myasnikov ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Sergey Myasnikov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erast Adamov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kopeysk's Igor Garkalin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lyubomir Nigmatullin in the 19th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Kirill Kostin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Engels FC's Erast Adamov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Engels FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Engels FC booed when Kopeysk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evlampiy Kukurov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lyubomir Nigmatullin scored 0-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor Garkalin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the match, Kopeysk's goal looked a bit too open when Lyubomir Nigmatullin came free, but Igor Garkalin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Kirill Kostin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erast Adamov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Lyubomir Nigmatullin made the kick off in the second half. When Grigoriy Gorbachev fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Engels FC's protests and gave Grigoriy Gorbachev a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Engels FC's Grigoriy Gorbachev got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 68th minute Innokentiy Seleznev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erast Adamov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kirill Kostin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erast Adamov having to interfere. After having played for 79 minutes, Pavel Minzhurenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Engels FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pavel Minzhurenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Pavel Minzhurenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Lyubomir Nigmatullin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Igor Garkalin. Kopeysk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lyubomir Nigmatullin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Innokentiy Seleznev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirill Kostin in the 90th minute of play forced Engels FC's goalkeeper Erast Adamov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Innokentiy Seleznev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erast Adamov having to interfere. Pavel Minzhurenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Engels FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Engels FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
