After 39 played minutes, Noyabrsk FC's Maksim Sokolov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Askold Aleev came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Noyabrsk FC reached it. Eduard Antonov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Askold Aleev having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Petr Zainutdinov made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Noyabrsk FC booed when Novotroitsk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuil Nikiforov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Novotroitsk FC's zone, Eduard Antonov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Askold Aleev came out of the goal and Eduard Antonov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When German Antyushin came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Novotroitsk FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Antyushin couldn't finish the play. 58 minutes into the game, German Antyushin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ernest Ovchinnikov. German Antyushin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Eduard Antonov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Askold Aleev having to interfere. Askold Aleev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Eduard Antonov came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Noyabrsk FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Antonov couldn't finish the play. German Antyushin struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ernest Ovchinnikov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Novotroitsk FC. Varlam Butyrskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Eduard Antonov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After recieving a nice pass, Novotroitsk FC's Nestor Nabutov tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Noyabrsk FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Novotroitsk FC for a fine match.
