Stanislav Alenichev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 9 minutes into the game, one of Zvezda Is back:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 15 minutes into the match, Zvezda Is back's goal looked a bit too open when Oleg Deulin came free, but Martyn Karpin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oleg Deulin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oleg Deulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Martyn Karpin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oleg Deulin struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Martyn Karpin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blagoveshchensk. After having played for 31 minutes, Stanislav Alenichev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blagoveshchensk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanislav Alenichev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martyn Karpin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oleg Deulin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martyn Karpin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oleg Deulin, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. A collision led to Zvezda Is back getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Yuriy Morozov hit a great ball.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yuriy Morozov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Zvezda Is back booed when Blagoveshchensk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniil Igonin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oleg Deulin took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martyn Karpin. Martyn Karpin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Stanislav Alenichev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martyn Karpin having to interfere. Zvezda Is back's Martyn Karpin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oleg Deulin in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Zvezda Is back's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislav Alenichev came free, but Martyn Karpin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zvezda Is back's Martyn Karpin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislav Alenichev in the 83rd minute of play. Egor Vasyunin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuriy Morozov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martyn Karpin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislav Alenichev in the 93rd minute of play. Blagoveshchensk walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
