Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gennadiy Shamanov kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Albert Epishkin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Lev Emelyanov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute Fedor Korf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslav Kudrinskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gennadiy Shamanov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boleslav Kudrinskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Cherkessk's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Epishkin came free, but Lev Emelyanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes Barnaul got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Yabrov. Vladislav Chekalov, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 18 minutes of play, Cherkessk's Gennadiy Shamanov made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boleslav Kudrinskiy was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Barnaul's Albert Epishkin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lev Emelyanov. That made the score 2-1 after 22 minutes of play. Barnaul's Albert Epishkin got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Albert Epishkin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lev Emelyanov, passed just outside the right post. Albert Epishkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fedor Korf hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Albert Epishkin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Fedor Korf notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Barnaul's Boleslav Kudrinskiy. Boleslav Kudrinskiy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Albert Epishkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lev Emelyanov having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albert Epishkin to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Valentin Hamidullin notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Barnaul's Boleslav Kudrinskiy. Boleslav Kudrinskiy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th minute, Arkadiy Vyalov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barnaul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. In the 65th minute, one of Barnaul:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barnaul. Gennadiy Shamanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Boleslav Kudrinskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gennadiy Shamanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lev Emelyanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Epishkin in the 88th minute of play. Cherkessk's Lev Emelyanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gleb Shamakhov in the 90th minute of play. Lev Emelyanov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gleb Shamakhov's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. After 97 played minutes Cherkessk got a freekick which was hit by Fedor Korf. If Gleb Shamakhov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
