The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valeriy Knyazhinskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artem Abramovich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Voronezh's Valeriy Knyazhinskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikhail Martynov in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artem Abramovich in the 20th minute of play forced Voronezh's goalkeeper Valeriy Knyazhinskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Sadyrin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Sadyrin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valeriy Knyazhinskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Valeriy Knyazhinskiy came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Ryazan FC's Igor Sadyrin. But to his dismay, Igor Sadyrin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Voronezh's Valeriy Knyazhinskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Sadyrin in the 32nd minute of play. Artem Abramovich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeriy Knyazhinskiy having to interfere. Valeriy Knyazhinskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artem Abramovich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Artem Abramovich could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Valeriy Knyazhinskiy however easily saved by the left post. In the 62nd minute Igor Sadyrin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valeriy Knyazhinskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artem Abramovich got free with Valeriy Knyazhinskiy in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valeriy Knyazhinskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matvey Sinitsin in the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Sadyrin in the 66th minute of play forced Voronezh's goalkeeper Valeriy Knyazhinskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Sadyrin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Valeriy Knyazhinskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Sadyrin in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valeriy Knyazhinskiy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Voronezh's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Mikhail Martynov scored to the left of an out of position Valeriy Knyazhinskiy, making the score, 0-3. Kirill Silkin hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Artem Abramovich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeriy Knyazhinskiy having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Mikhail Martynov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ryazan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikhail Martynov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valeriy Knyazhinskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
