Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Matvey Ornatskiy made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matvey Ornatskiy in the 5th minute of play forced Neftekamsk's goalkeeper Andrey Krutovskih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Valentin Romadin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neftekamsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Romadin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th match minute, Syktyvkar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lev Odintsov to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Syktyvkar FC's Vladimir Shumilov got control of the ball when Aleksandr Denezhnyi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Syktyvkar FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! Evgeniy Voronko shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Aleksandr Denezhnyi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Vladimir Shumilov made a huge save. Neftekamsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matvey Ornatskiy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Romadin made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Neftekamsk's goal looked a bit too open when Matvey Ornatskiy came free, but Andrey Krutovskih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matvey Ornatskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sergey Bernatskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd of the match, Matvey Ornatskiy tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Andrey Krutovskih got in the way and made a wonderful save. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Valentin Parnoh dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andrey Krutovskih, 0-3. Vladimir Shumilov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vadim Nazarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lev Odintsov during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Syktyvkar FC got a freekick which was hit by Lev Odintsov. Neftekamsk's Valentin Romadin got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Syktyvkar FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
