Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Oleg Krylov kicked off to start the match. Roman Mashendzhinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladislav Shanchenko in the 4th minute of the match. Filipp Aleshkevich hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 6 played minutes, Pskov's Denis Averchenko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vyacheslav Burmak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pskov reached it. When Oleg Krylov came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Engels fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oleg Krylov couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladislav Shanchenko in the 23rd minute of play forced Pskov's goalkeeper Roman Mashendzhinov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pskov's Anatoliy Baluhatyi got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Oleg Krylov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the game, Oleg Krylov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Roman Mashendzhinov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roman Mashendzhinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladislav Shanchenko in the 37th minute of play. Vladislav Shanchenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anatoliy Baluhatyi to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Oleg Krylov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roman Mashendzhinov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pskov's Artem Stanislavskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Engels's Vyacheslav Burmak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anatoliy Baluhatyi in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Kirill Silmanovich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Anatoliy Baluhatyi put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vyacheslav Burmak. Roman Mashendzhinov made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Vladislav Shanchenko sent off a good shot on target. Vladislav Shanchenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
