Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oleg Krylov started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Engels's Vladislav Shanchenko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danil Vorontsov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 6 minutes, Yakov Komagorov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Murmansk FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yakov Komagorov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonid Teplov in the 11th minute of play forced Engels's goalkeeper Vyacheslav Burmak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yakov Komagorov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladislav Shanchenko got free with Danil Vorontsov in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonid Teplov in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vyacheslav Burmak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Yuvenaliy Borodkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oleg Krylov in the 28th minute of play forced Murmansk FC's goalkeeper Danil Vorontsov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudolf Kalachinskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Vladislav Shanchenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danil Vorontsov having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Yakov Komagorov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Murmansk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yakov Komagorov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vyacheslav Burmak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danil Vorontsov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oleg Krylov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, Engels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedor Revinskiy to maneuver through the defense. The referee gave Murmansk FC a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rudolf Kalachinskiy, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Engels's Vyacheslav Burmak. 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonid Teplov made a kick off. When Oleg Krylov came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Engels fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oleg Krylov couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute, Albert Nazarov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danil Vorontsov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oleg Krylov, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Yakov Komagorov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vyacheslav Burmak having to interfere. Engels's Vyacheslav Burmak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Teplov in the 76th minute of play. Yakov Komagorov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Oleg Krylov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danil Vorontsov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladislav Shanchenko in the 85th minute of play forced Murmansk FC's goalkeeper Danil Vorontsov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oleg Krylov might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danil Vorontsov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oleg Krylov ran back to his position shaking his head. Murmansk FC's Danil Vorontsov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oleg Krylov in the 86th minute of play. Vladislav Shanchenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Murmansk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oleg Krylov came free, but Danil Vorontsov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vyacheslav Burmak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonid Teplov, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When Viktor Kolobov fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Murmansk FC's protests and gave Viktor Kolobov a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Engels a penalty, 98 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Stanislav Belogrudov, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Murmansk FC's Danil Vorontsov. 2-2. The supporters of Murmansk FC booed when Engels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 100 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedor Revinskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
