Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Efim Kapralov started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Trifon Kruglyak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Kirill Pavluhin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arzamas's supporters rose to their feet, but Kirill Pavluhin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Halyutin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Efim Kapralov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Bogdan Halyutin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Andrey Arbatov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vyacheslav Zvezdin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Salavat FC's goalkeeper Bogdan Halyutin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kirill Pavluhin. In the 21st minute, Stepan Mozgovoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Salavat FC's zone, Kirill Pavluhin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogdan Halyutin came out of the goal and Kirill Pavluhin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Andrey Arbatov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirill Pavluhin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Bogdan Halyutin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efim Kapralov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bogdan Halyutin having to make a save. Kirill Pavluhins short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Bogdan Halyutin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 38 minutes of play, Salavat FC's Andrey Arbatov made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vyacheslav Zvezdin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Efim Kapralov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 55th minute, Efim Kapralov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Salavat FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Trifon Kruglyak hit a great ball. Vyacheslav Zvezdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniil Sorokin in the 61st minute of the match. Arzamas's Vyacheslav Zvezdin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Arzamas from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Arzamas lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
