Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adam Kobak started the match with the kick off. Sergey Akinfeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Sergey Akinfeev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stanislav Malafeev was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 10th minute, Yaroslav Lupanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Seversk FC booed when Belgorod FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Bobylev didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Yaromir Lebedev came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Seversk FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yaromir Lebedev couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute Yaroslav Lupanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Malafeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rudolf Danilov hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 25 played minutes, Seversk FC's Aleksandr Karpuhin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stanislav Malafeev came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Seversk FC reached it. A collision led to Belgorod FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Makar Cherepovskiy hit a great ball. Sergey Akinfeev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yaromir Lebedev hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Adam Kobak took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Valeriy Mihel to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Seversk FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ruslan Antoshkin hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Belgorod FC's David Korolev broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Seversk FC booed when Belgorod FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Seversk FC's Yaroslav Lupanov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stanislav Malafeev narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yaroslav Lupanov to make the kick off. If Anton Bobylev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 54 played minutes Seversk FC got a freekick which was hit by Yaromir Lebedev. After 56 played minutes, Belgorod FC's Vladimir Shirokogorov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valeriy Mihel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Belgorod FC reached it. If Adam Kobak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Seversk FC's Valeriy Mihel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Bobylev in the 61st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Belgorod FC's zone, Yaroslav Lupanov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stanislav Malafeev came out of the goal and Yaroslav Lupanov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Belgorod FC's Oleg Basaev got a free kick in the 70th minute. Adam Kobak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Valeriy Mihel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Bobylev in the 74th minute of play forced Seversk FC's goalkeeper Valeriy Mihel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Bobylev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Valeriy Mihel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Bobylev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valeriy Mihel having to make a save. During the 85th minute of the match Yaromir Lebedev completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Yaromir Lebedev a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 86th match minute, Seversk FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaromir Lebedev to maneuver through the defense. Anton Bobylev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Valeriy Mihel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Seversk FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Belgorod FC.
