Yakutsk FC's Oleg Polynov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gleb Kleschevnikov in the 5th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Aleksandr Pronin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Aleksandr Pronin came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Vladimir FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksandr Pronin couldn't finish the play. Vadim Aleshkovskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedor Pinko in the 37th minute of play. Fedor Pinko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Yakutsk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gleb Kleschevnikov came free, but Oleg Polynov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Gleb Kleschevnikov made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Vladimir FC's Gleb Kleschevnikov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oleg Polynov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leontiy Shemelev kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Aleksandr Pronin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. When Rostislav Andreichik came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Yakutsk FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rostislav Andreichik couldn't finish the play. Oleg Polynov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gleb Kleschevnikov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rostislav Andreichik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vadim Aleshkovskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Rostislav Andreichik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yakutsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rostislav Andreichik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vadim Aleshkovskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute Rostislav Andreichik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vadim Aleshkovskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Ustinov kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Rostislav Andreichik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes Vladimir FC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksandr Bochkin.
