The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erast Kovtunov hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rasul Zabuldygin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Rasul Zabuldygin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kamyshin. If Nil Kovalev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st match minute, Kamyshin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasiliy Bryanskiy to maneuver through the defense. Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Rasul Zabuldygin made a huge save. Rasul Zabuldygin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Konstantinovskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute of the match Artem Zavalishin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Efim Korolev skillfully saved the ball. In the 35th minute Nil Kovalev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efim Korolev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Moscow getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Rostislav Gorbachev hit a great ball. Rasul Zabuldygin came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Kamyshin's Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov. But to his dismay, Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Konstantinovskiy to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Kamyshin's goalkeeper Efim Korolev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nil Kovalev. Efim Korolev was a little too slow when Nil Kovalev got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 2-1. When Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Kamyshin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute, Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nil Kovalev came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Moscow fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nil Kovalev couldn't finish the play. Rasul Zabuldygin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Kamyshin booed when Moscow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egor Voinov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Igor Konstantinovskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kamyshin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Konstantinovskiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kamyshin's Efim Korolev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erast Kovtunov in the 81st minute of play. Kamyshin's Igor Konstantinovskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Igor Konstantinovskiy succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. The supporters of Kamyshin booed when Moscow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egor Voinov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th match minute, Moscow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egor Voinov to maneuver through the defense. Arkadiy Tsymlyanskov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Rasul Zabuldygin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kamyshin fans cheered their team off the field, for while Moscow had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
