Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nikolay Strelbitskiy's late challenge caught a Belgorod's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikolay Strelbitskiy helped the player get up and apologised. If Boris Litvinskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klim Shekihachev got free with Yuriy Balabuha in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ippolit Belov hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kaliningrad getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Evgeniy Rudzinskiy hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Boris Litvinskiy notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kaliningrad's Daniil Grodekov. Daniil Grodekov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Igor Neverovskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniil Grodekov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boris Litvinskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Belgorod's goalkeeper Yuriy Balabuha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Klim Shekihachev. Pahom Lukin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Yuriy Balabuha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaliningrad's Klim Shekihachev got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 26 played minutes Belgorod got a freekick which was hit by Rustam Finogeev. The supporters of Belgorod booed when Kaliningrad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikolay Strelbitskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klim Shekihachev during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Klim Shekihachev kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Klim Shekihachev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Shilovskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Belgorod's Igor Neverovskiy in 69 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Daniil Grodekov guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a rather tough play, Belgorod's Ippolit Belov got a free kick in the 71st minute. After having played for 73 minutes, Klim Shekihachev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaliningrad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klim Shekihachev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Belgorod's Boris Litvinskiy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniil Grodekov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Klim Shekihachev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yuriy Balabuha having to interfere. If Klim Shekihachev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Boris Litvinskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniil Grodekov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Neverovskiy in the 88th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Belgorod eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
