Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Evgeniy Rudzinskiy took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kaliningrad's Daniil Grodekov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stepan Gavrilov in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kaliningrad's Valeriy Barinov got a free kick in the 4th minute. Vasiliy Kist might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniil Grodekov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vasiliy Kist ran back to his position shaking his head. Evgeniy Rudzinskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. German Serezhin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. German Serezhin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evgeniy Rudzinskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 18th minute Evgeniy Rudzinskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Serezhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. German Serezhin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evgeniy Rudzinskiy's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. A collision led to Salavat getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Filimon Seliverstov hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evgeniy Rudzinskiy in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg German Serezhin saved Salavat from getting behind. In the 28th minute, Klim Shekihachev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klim Shekihachev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stepan Gavrilov in the 32nd minute of play forced Kaliningrad's goalkeeper Daniil Grodekov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. German Serezhin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Evgeniy Rudzinskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kaliningrad's supporters rose to their feet, but Evgeniy Rudzinskiy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. German Serezhin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anton Shilovskiy's late challenge caught a Salavat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Shilovskiy helped the player get up and apologised. Konstantin Danilov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Daniil Grodekov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The Salavat fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Klim Shekihachev in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of German Serezhin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Evgeniy Rudzinskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. The goalkeeper, German Serezhin, was totally fooled by Kaliningrad's Valeriy Barinov, who 76 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Daniil Grodekov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Danilov, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 80 played minutes Kaliningrad got a freekick which was hit by Stepan Samygin. Daniil Grodekov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stepan Gavrilov in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Kaliningrad getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Nikolay Strelbitskiy hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kaliningrad players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Salavat.
