Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kaliningrad's Evgeniy Rudzinskiy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Voronezh FC's Irakliy Anisimov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klim Shekihachev in the 9th minute of play. Evgeniy Rudzinskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Voronezh FC's Pavel Slobozhaninov got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Valeriy Barinov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Irakliy Anisimov skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Klim Shekihachev in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Irakliy Anisimov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evgeniy Rudzinskiy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evgeniy Rudzinskiy in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irakliy Anisimov saved Voronezh FC from getting behind. Klim Shekihachev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Irakliy Anisimov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Evgeniy Rudzinskiy came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Kaliningrad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evgeniy Rudzinskiy couldn't finish the play. Klim Shekihachev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Stanislav Nagulnov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voronezh FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanislav Nagulnov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Irakliy Anisimov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evgeniy Rudzinskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Kaliningrad's Evgeniy Rudzinskiy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Irakliy Anisimov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Voronezh FC's goalkeeper Irakliy Anisimov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Voronezh FC's Irakliy Anisimov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evgeniy Rudzinskiy in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Zinoviy Ontikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniil Grodekov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 64 minutes, Zinoviy Ontikov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voronezh FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zinoviy Ontikov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kaliningrad's Daniil Grodekov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zinoviy Ontikov in the 67th minute of play. Zinoviy Ontikov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stanislav Nagulnov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniil Grodekov having to make a save. Daniil Grodekov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislav Nagulnov in the 77th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Klim Shekihachev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zinoviy Ontikov in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniil Grodekov saved Kaliningrad from getting behind. Daniil Grodekov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinoviy Ontikov in the 90th minute of the match. Stanislav Nagulnov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Voronezh FC's Irakliy Anisimov got control of the ball when Klim Shekihachev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
