Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Arkadiy Belotserkovets started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Nazran getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Varlam Hazanov hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Surgut HC's Egor Bozhkov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolf Zvyagintsev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Pochkailo in the 6th minute of play forced Nazran's goalkeeper Adolf Zvyagintsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Knyazev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rostislav Krivin having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Denis Knyazev got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nazran's Arkadiy Belotserkovets got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Surgut HC booed when Nazran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Knyazev didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dmitriy Vronskiy fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Surgut HC's protests and gave Dmitriy Vronskiy a yellow card for diving instead. Dmitriy Vronskiy hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Adolf Zvyagintsev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Pochkailo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiy Belotserkovets in the 25th minute of play forced Surgut HC's goalkeeper Rostislav Krivin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egor Bozhkov in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adolf Zvyagintsev saved Nazran from getting behind. Denis Pochkailo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rostislav Krivin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denis Knyazev in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Surgut HC's Denis Pochkailo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolf Zvyagintsev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Egor Bozhkov in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolf Zvyagintsev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adolf Zvyagintsev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egor Bozhkov in the 41st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Nazran's zone, Egor Bozhkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolf Zvyagintsev came out of the goal and Egor Bozhkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Pochkailo to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Surgut HC got a freekick which was hit by Egor Bozhkov. Surgut HC's Rostislav Krivin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiy Belotserkovets in the 55th minute of play. When Nazran's Arkadiy Belotserkovets in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Surgut HC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiy Belotserkovets in the 67th minute of play forced Surgut HC's goalkeeper Rostislav Krivin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Pochkailo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arkadiy Belotserkovets received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Rostislav Krivin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute of the match Efim Largonov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adolf Zvyagintsev skillfully saved the ball. When Egor Bozhkov came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Surgut HC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egor Bozhkov couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Surgut HC's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiy Belotserkovets came free, but Rostislav Krivin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Nazran defense, Egor Bozhkov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adolf Zvyagintsev. The Nazran fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adolf Zvyagintsev should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Knyazev in the 95th minute of play forced Surgut HC's goalkeeper Rostislav Krivin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Aleksey Krotov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute Arkadiy Belotserkovets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rostislav Krivin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
