League Play-Off

Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Egor Ignashevich got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Egor Ignashevich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipp Kondratiev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klim Adrianov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fedor Kornilov's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Novocherkassk FC's Nikolay Guzeev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Klim Adrianov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nikolay Guzeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filipp Kondratiev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egor Ignashevich in the 21st minute of play. When Egor Ignashevich came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Petropavlovsk-Kamch. FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egor Ignashevich couldn't finish the play. Nikolay Guzeev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Klim Adrianov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Petropavlovsk-Kamch. FC's zone, Nikolay Guzeev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klim Adrianov came out of the goal and Nikolay Guzeev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Egor Ignashevich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Egor Ignashevich fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Filipp Kondratiev, passed just outside the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fedor Kornilov was the one to do the kick off. Filipp Kondratiev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egor Ignashevich in the 56th minute of play. Novocherkassk FC's Nikolay Guzeev got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Klim Adrianov had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Klim Kanevskiy's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Fedor Kornilov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klim Adrianov having to interfere. Vadim Suhanov hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Robert Grishukov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Novocherkassk FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ivan Hlebodarov hit a great ball. Egor Ignashevich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Filipp Kondratiev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Klim Adrianov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedor Kornilov in the 80th minute of play. In the 85th minute Fedor Kornilov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klim Adrianov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Pavel Krivonogov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Fedor Kornilov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Klim Adrianov was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute, Fedor Kornilov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fedor Kornilov might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Klim Adrianov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fedor Kornilov ran back to his position shaking his head. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
